The Event Management System is a web-based application that allows users to discover, register for, and manage events. The system caters to both users and administrators, providing a comprehensive platform for event organization and participation.

User Module
  • Login/Registration: Users can create accounts and log in to access the system's features.
  • Event Listing: Users can browse a list of upcoming events, filtered by categories, cities, or search terms.
  • Event Details: Users can view detailed information about specific events, including descriptions, dates, times, venues, and ticket prices.
  • Ticket Purchase: Users can purchase tickets for events directly through the system, selecting their preferred quantity and seat options.
  • Order Management: Users can view their past orders, download tickets, and track the status of their purchases.
  • Feedback Submission: Users can provide feedback and ratings for events they have attended, helping other users make informed decisions.
Admin Module
  • Admin Management: Administrators can add, edit, and delete other administrators to manage the system's access control.
  • Category Management: Administrators can create, modify, and remove categories to organize events effectively.
  • City Management: Administrators can add, edit, and delete cities to cater to events in different locations.
  • Event Management: Administrators have full control over events, including adding, editing, canceling, and viewing event details.
  • Discount Management: Administrators can create and apply discounts to event tickets to promote sales or attract more participants.
  • User Management: Administrators can view and manage user accounts, including deleting users if necessary.
